What is the welcome gift for new members?
Welcome to NTP Co. Membership. As a welcome gift, we would like to offer you a signature dish from one of our brands.
This gift is applicable only once for the first-time registration and is not applicable for members who have already received a membership code or registered phone number.
The gift will be converted into an E-voucher, which can be used immediately or at a later time.
The voucher is valid for 7 days from the date of receiving the E-voucher code.
The E-voucher is only applicable to the brand that you have registered for the first time.
The E-voucher has no cash value.
What if I become a member of one brand, do I need to register again to accumulate points and redeem gifts at other NTP Co. brands?
"After successfully registering at one point/one brand, you have become a member of all restaurant systems under NTP Co., you can participate in point accumulation, gift exchange, and benefits without having to re-register at other sales points/brands."
Can membership level be lost? How to upgrade membership level? What is the criteria for level assessment?
To maintain or upgrade your membership level, you need to accumulate spending to meet the required limit for each level.
Based on the total spending you have accumulated in the current evaluation period, NTP Co. Membership will approve the maintenance or upgrade:
- When you have accumulated enough or more than the required spending limit to maintain your level, your level will be maintained.
- When you have accumulated less than the required spending limit, your membership level will be downgraded to the corresponding level based on the accumulated spending.

How can I know my membership review date?
You can check information about your next membership evaluation date and the required accumulated points to maintain your membership level in the [MEMBERSHIP] section on the fan page of NTP Co. brand on the Zalo application. In addition, NTP Co. Membership will send regular reminders to you about the required points to maintain or upgrade your membership level.
What are the benefits of upgrading membership?
You will receive benefits corresponding to your membership level, as specified in the Initiation Benefits & Card Upgrade section on the website or in the Rewards / Exclusive Experience section.
Will the membership level be downgrade? How long does it take to accumulate/upgrade your rank?
No, your membership level will change depending on the amount of points you accumulate through spending until the evaluation date. You will have a maximum of 12 months to accumulate and maintain your membership level. If you do not accumulate any more points, your membership level will revert back to STAR level (starting level).

How can member receive birthday benefits?
To receive birthday benefits, please provide your date of birth information when registering as a member.
Please make a reservation in advance and note that you will receive a birthday gift according to your equivalent card level so that the restaurant can prepare it most carefully."
How to receive special service offers at restaurants/ other services/ card initiation and upgrade offers?
Please provide your membership code/accumulated phone number when ordering at the restaurant or placing a delivery order via Hotline/Fanpage, and the restaurant staff will identify your card level and provide service according to the card level's special privileges.
What is the point accumulation rate based on?
The number of bonus points that you accumulate will be multiplied by the coefficient corresponding to your membership tier. For example:
- With MIP class, when you spend 1,000,000 VND you will get 20% and convert to 200,000 bonus points
- With VVIP tier, when you spend 1,000,000 VND you will get 15% and convert it to 150,000 bonus points
- With VIP tier, when you spend 1,000,000 VND you will get 10% and convert to 100,000 bonus points
- With STAR rank, when you spend 1,000,000 VND you will get 5% and convert it into 50,000 bonus points
What are the exclusive offers by member class?
Exclusive offers for VIP, VVIP, and MIP classes. These are incentives that come with short-term programs. The number of exclusive offers is limited, so they can be very quick and end as soon as they run out.
How can I be prioritized to experience new services/products of the NTP Co. system?
The list of customers who experience the service/product will be selected based on the customer's habits and preferences. NTP Co. Membership will contact you by phone / SMS or notify you via email you registered.
How to participate in special private party programs/events of NTP Co.?
Depending on each program/event, you will register at the attendance list sent by the system via SMS or email. Or customers can directly contact the brand's customer service center for assistance in arranging participation.
Does the accumulation of spending/redeeming points in the member account apply to all products and restaurant points?
Accumulation of spending transactions in member accounts applies to all products and restaurant points of NTP Co system. Membership, except for discount vouchers and incentives when using products and services at restaurants of the NTP Co system.
Do reward points redeemed from accumulated spending expire?
The accumulated points in the membership card will expire after 180 days from the date of point accumulation.
For example: 01/01/2023 the card accumulates 200 bonus points, 200 bonus points will be converted into gifts or incentives until May 31, 2023. If by June 1, 2023, you have not converted your reward points into gifts or incentives, the 200 points of the cumulative date of January 1, 2023 will be canceled.
How to redeem bonus points from accumulated points?
If enough points can be exchanged for vouchers and gifts, please interact with the official Fanpage on Zalo of the brands, access the section Redeem points and redeem from existing redemption offers.
How to use the offer after redeeming bonus points in the account?
In case of using the offer while dining at the restaurant, please provide the Promo Code to the restaurant staff after ordering or before payment.
In case of using the offer with Orders for Delivery (Delivery) or Orders (Catering), please provide the Promo Code to the staff receiving the order (Hotline / Fanpage) before confirming the order.
Can member rewards be exchanged for cash?
Points/ bonus points in the membership card are not redeemable for cash, only incentives and gifts can be exchanged according to equivalent programs offered by NTP Co. Membership released.
Will using my reward points to redeem the offer affect my tier retention/promotion?
No, promotion/retention points are calculated based on your spending accumulation, so using reward points to redeem offers does not affect promotion/retention.

Redeem the wrong offer, can it be canceled to change to another offer?
In all cases of wrong offer, NTP Co. Membership unfortunately cannot support cancellation or refund of bonus points or exchange for another offer.
How to know the remaining bonus points in the account to redeem the offer?
Customers can view their available bonus points displayed in the “Account” → “View points” section on the brand's Zalo Fanpage.
Is there a limit to the number of offers that can be redeemed?
Depending on the type of offer and the limit of each program, the amount redeemed per customer will be different. This section is also included in the terms and conditions of each offer, please see the program details for information.

What should I do if I lose my Membership Code/Phone Number/Change my phone number?
Contact the restaurant staff (Hotline / Fanpage / Fill in the support request form next to) for assistance in changing information and updating.
If I forget to accumulate points after paying, can I redeem points?

What is the validity period of the redeemed discount codes and gifts? Can the discount codes be used at different restaurants in the NTP Co.?
Promo codes and gifts have a limited time according to the detailed information of the program that issues the specified code. Promo codes and gifts have the same applicable location according to the detailed information of the program issuing the specified code.
Do transactions for 'Delivery' & 'Catering' services accumulate points?
When ordering delivery, booking Catering service, you can still accumulate and participate in exchanging reward points, incentives, gifts. You read the membership code / phone number to the staff to receive the order (At the restaurant, via Fanpage, via Website to accumulate.
Can the accumulated transaction points at this restaurant be transferred to another restaurant and converted into incentives and gifts?
Accumulated points for transactions at all restaurants of NTP Co. Membership can be converted into incentives, gifts according to the brand incentive program issued by the program, regardless of where it has been accumulated.
